Colors are totally washed out in Windows HDR mode

Description

Check out the attached screenshot of this page to see the washed out effect reported.

Environment

Windows 10 x64 version 1803
You need a monitor capable of high dynamic range and wide color gamut (tested on Samsung Q6FN 49" 4K display + nVidia 1050 Ti )
Also need Settings -> Display -> "HDR and WCG" -> ON

I'm not sure if I can reproduce this without the correct hardware. Need to investigate....

I've added another screenshot if it helps. Shows how edge comes out fine in the screenshot but traditional apps (e.g. Chrome) doesn't. Note that the screenshot is NOT a composite - those windows were literally next to each other and then an area covering both was captured.

I have 1.2.10.6 and the same issue is still present.

I don’t know how to reproduce it, see my previous comment.

Intil than the only solution I know of , is to disable HDR.

Also I wonder what you do with the screenshots, nobody can look at them without having HDR hardware.
