cursor y offset in multi monitor setup

Description

Cursor is only captured on the most left monitor, that is connected to the PC.
Curser has a y offset in the screenshot in reference to the real position.
In the screenshot it's lower than it actually was when taking the screenshot (see attachment)

Workaround:
When I reorient the monitor in the resolution settings to be horizontal as the other two, the symptoms remain. Only if I remove the vertical offset of the second (middle) monitor to zero, the cursor is captured in the correct position. Still only on monitor 1 though, but I can live with that.

Environment

Windows 7
three monitors (DELL U2413F)
DisplayPort 1.2 daisychain (PC into first monitor, first into second, second into third)
second monitor is vertical with overhang on top and bottom the center in aligned with 1 and 3
