It seems you try to write to a file, which is in use by a different application / process.
Maybe the way we present the error coming from Windows is not very nice, but the fact is that we cannot do much about the issue itself.

Please check what other applications are using 'C:\Users\artur\Google Drive\Parcerias\piql\Slide para Vídeo 1.png'
