After capturing a region using the "capture region" option by right-clicking on the Greenshot tray-icon, the "capture last region" function doesn't work any more - it was working until I upgraded yesterday to version 1.2.9.b112.
If it matters, I installed Greenshot through Ninite's installer (I have a bunch of software that I regularly use to update my system and all of my home computers, and I use Ninite for it).
Attached are Greenshot's log files.
Update - I just noticed that using the keyboard accelerator - shift-prtscrn works - it brings up the save menu. So looks like only manually selecting the "capture last region" option from the tray-icon doesn't seem to work at the moment.

Thanks for the feedback, closing the ticket.
You can keep using that version, but I advice you to upgrade as soon as the release comes out. If the update check is active, it will tell you.

If you like, have a test with the attached version.

It was tricky, but I found the reason. Will inform when you can test this.
Probably less interesting why this happens, but we like to be transparent: I added a special trick to Greenshot to get certain windows onto the foreground, e.g. when the editor is already open but someone inserts a new capture to it. Same for Word, Excel etc.. Since Windows 7 this doesn't work in some cases, and the window is NOT brought into the foreground but only flashes on the taskbar.
A workaround is to press "Alt" before ToForeground, this should solve that the window is not placed onto the foreground and only flashes.
BUT I used this somewhere while the destination picker was shown, the "Alt" closes the picker... which was the bug you saw.
