Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application

Description

Hello,
After installing Greenshot 1.1.5.2643, I get the following dialog error under Windows XP SP3 and .NET Framework 4.0 already installed:

greenshotcommand.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error
Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application

Next, greenshot seems to work ok, but any time I launch it, the same error dialog appears.
All the best,
Fernando

Attachment GreenshotOCRCommand.exe.config has been added with description: imported from: http://sourceforge.net/p/greenshot/bugs/_discuss/thread/02e4bb1a/c93a/attachment/GreenshotOCRCommand.exe.config

Note to me:
For 1.1.7 and 2.0 change the build to copy the app.config from the GreenshotOCRCommand project to the target directory as "GreenshotOCRCommand.exe.config"

Hello Robin,
The error message went gone after some other software installations
(which I do not remember precisely). Anyway, I copied the .config file
as advised and OCR is working flawlessly.
When available, I'll try the next release of Greenshot and report you
about any problems I could find.
All the best,
Fernando
